Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading Enterprise sales organizations; or similar experience in leading a business solutions-orientated organization that balanced delivering on short-term goals, while crafting sustainable value for customers, and demand for the future.

  • Develops country business plan aligned to the WW Enterprise strategy for all routes to market — channels, strategic partners, and major accounts.
  • Operationalises the business plan with country sales programs, country sales, and technical teams. Mobilizes resources for growth and delivery. Follows through to ensure all commitments are met and problems addressed.
  • Builds and leads phenomenal Enterprise sales team. Assembles the right people, motivates them, enables them with the right tools, and supports their collaboration.
  • Taking into account critical role Russia plays in IMMEA success, this is expected that you will actively partner with both IMMEA central and WW teams to contribute to design of Enterprise Business Development programs and proactively seek opportunities to put Russia on the radar of company pilots and experiments.
  • Enterprise Sales Leader is strong contributing member of Russia country leadership team, develops strong peer partnerships and provides constructive views on topics spanning Apple business in Russia.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
