-As recruitment consultant you will be the interface between companies seeking to recruit professional staff and professional staff seeking a new job or career.
-As this process it will be your task to facilitate this exercise for both the employer and the candidate and to satisfy both
-As recruitment consultant you will meet clients and find out about their needs, as well as sell them our clients’ services.
-The other part of your work is to find and meet candidates: you will assess them and find
out the positions best matching their skills and personality.
Alternatively, you will also actively present them to existing and potential clients
Your job will be much of a sales job with a lot of interaction with people.
It is at the end of the day a people’s business and you will be successful if you manage to build for yourself a network of clients and candidates who will help you develop your business
- Experience in team management
- Higher education (a final-year student or a graduate)
- Work experience in recruiting and/or consulting field will be an advantage.
